Happy Day-After-Halloween: Grownups

Happy Day-After-Halloween: Grownups
Congratulations Grownups! We did it!
As kids, Halloween is a wonderful holiday where perfect strangers are forced to comply with our demands for sugary treats lest they be tricked. As a young adult Halloween becomes yet another excuse to binge drink and dress inappropriately. BUT as a grownup Halloween is the tithe we must pay to guiltlessly enjoy the "Day-After-Halloween". On Halloween we begrudgingly rack our brain over a topical and intelligent costume, patiently explain the play-on-words represented by our attire, and ty to make the most of otherwise awkward office parties. We then spend money on too many bags of candy quietly hoping for the least amount of trick-or-treaters. However, the Day-After-Halloween we get to rummage through our kids’ candy hoard, and shamelessly eat as much left over candy as we want… hell, we can even have a mini snickers with our coffee in the morning. Enjoy!
